After the CRACKLE effect has been applied to a large area of your primed surface, the weathering process (cracking) will begin. The CRACKLE spray is highly opaque and can be overpainted with Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK, Montana WHITE, Montana ACRYLIC markers as well as commercial acrylic paints once it is completely dry and cured (after 24 hours). Fluorescent inks fade faster than other inks during UV exposure. Montana Cans uses UV blockers in our colors to increase their light resistance and longevity. It is also possible to apply a Montana clear coat over the cured fluorescent paint for added protection. Our clear coats also have UV filtering properties to protect what they are coating. Are GOLD Fluorescent paints as opaque as other paints? No. Fluorescent paints are not as opaque as paints with a natural pigment base. Therefore we recommend several coats on white or light base colors for best results. Can I use Montana GOLD Fluorescent colors like other Montana GOLD colors? Yes. After curing, Montana GOLD Fluorescent colors are mixable and can be overpainted or overcoated with any other Montana GOLD color. Why do Montana GOLD Fluorescent colors cost more? Since there are no fluorescent colors in nature, it is not easy to produce high quality fluorescent colors. Therefore, more expensive raw materials and manufacturing processes are required to produce Montana Cans' high quality fluorescent pigments. Do GOLD Fluorescent paints have the same finish as other Montana GOLD pain ts? Fluorescent colors have a slightly different finish compared to other Montana GOLD colors. Typically, they are slightly duller, depending on the pre-existing gloss levels on the substrate to which they are applied. How do I achieve the most luminous result? For best results, we recommend applying Fluorescent colors to non-porous and white pre-coated substrates. A white primer will allow maximum light reflection through the paint and result in a brighter fluorescent effect. The more coats applied, the brighter and longer lasting the effect. Do my fluorescent colors glow in the dark? Montana GOLD Fluorescent colors glow under UV light. The more layers applied, the stronger the effect. For best results, we recommend a dark room or area. Reduce the amount of ambient light in the room to increase the glow effect. Domy Fluorescent colors glow in daylight? No. UV light is required for the glow in the dark effect. If you want your color to glow without UV light, you must purchase Montana NIGHTGLOW color.

Water-based special effect spray paint with fine plastic particles for a deceptively realistic granite effect. Not recommended for outdoor use! Waterproof only when sealed with several coats of Montana VARNISH and the correct surface coating (primer). Applicable on many different surfaces such as paper, cardboard, primed canvas, wood, glass, metal, ceramic, porcelain, stone, polystyrene and other paintable acrylic materials. Montana GRANIT effect has a very high opacity. For best results, we recommend priming the surface, especially when using light granite effect shades on dark surfaces. For this purpose, we recommend Montana PRIMER or Montana TEXTURE Spray. The latter enhances the granite look even more. After thorough drying, it can be painted over. Can be combined with Montana GOLD, Montana ACRYLIC markers and conventional acrylic paints. GRANIT effect spray is also excellent as a texture spray. Lightly coat dry areas to achieve desired granite look. Color shown above or donut. We recommend sealing with Montana VARNISH. Make sure the granite effect is completely dry (36-48 hours) before sealing with Montana VARNISH. Available in the colors: Light gray, gray, brown and black. Please note: GRANITE Black contains a mixture of green and black plastic particles to replicate the look of real granite. Montana GOLD Shock Black can be applied as a top coat once the effect is completely dry, if desired.

The new Montana Metallic Effect Spray is available in 9 satin metallic colors, as usual in the 400ml spray can. The metallic paint is characterized by its high lightfastness, opacity and abrasion resistance. The satin metallic paint can be used on numerous surfaces such as metal, porcelain, ceramics, masonry, wood, glass, canvases, and much more. Due to its high abrasion resistance, this acrylic-nitro combination paint is also particularly suitable for painting functional objects and items. After complete drying, it is compatible with Montana GOLD paints, Montana primers and Montana clear coats (recommended for sealing) as well as Montana ACRYLIC markers and inks (at least 24 hours are recommended for drying). The paint should be shaken vigorously at the beginning as well as during the application to mix the metallic particles evenly.
